What materials are available for your flat washers?

We offer zinc-plated steel, color-zinc plated steel, SS304, SS316 stainless steel, carbon steel, brass and copper. The full DIN 125 size range can be matched with any of these materials — choose based on anti-rust, corrosion, high-temperature or cost requirements. Special materials are available on request.

Can washers be customized to non-standard sizes?

Yes. Non-standard sizes and DIN 125-B type derivatives are supported. Send us your inner diameter, outer diameter, thickness and material requirements and we will produce to your exact parameters.

What standards do your washers comply with?

Our main line is DIN 125 (type A standard, type B on request). We also supply GB 97 (Chinese standard), SAE (American) and JIS (Japanese) standard washers — fully covering export and different standard-system assembly requirements.

What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?

Domestic orders have no hard MOQ — small trial batches of standard sizes can be ordered directly. International orders have a minimum order quantity; for small-volume resale, please visit the retail section of our website.

What is the delivery time?

Standard sizes are in stock and ship within 3–5 working days after payment. Custom sizes take 7–15 working days to produce. International orders add sea/air freight time — confirm the exact schedule with our sales team.

Can you provide inspection reports and export documents?

Yes — material test reports, product certificates, standard compliance certificates and quality commitment letters are available. For exports we can also provide certificate of origin, customs declaration and insurance documents.

What payment methods do you accept?

Domestic orders: online payment or bank transfer. International orders: bank transfer (T/T), Western Union or PayPal — 30% advance payment, 70% balance payable against a copy of the bill of lading.

How effective is the anti-rust treatment?

Zinc-plated, color-zinc, hot-dip galvanized and black-oxide washers receive professional passivation with uniform coating — 1–3 years of anti-rust protection in normal indoor environments. SS304/SS316 versions offer excellent corrosion resistance for outdoor, humid or lightly corrosive environments. Carbon steel can be blackened or phosphated for heavy-duty dry industrial use.
